As a registered not-for-profit society, the South Edmonton Fellowship Centre is governed by a Board of Directors, registered Articles of Incorporation, registered Bylaws, and the Societies Act. The Board of Directors is ultimately responsible for the management and administration of the affairs of the Fellowship Centre. The Directors have full power to make such rules and regulations for the conduct of their business as they think fit, provided that such rules and regulations are consistent with the Societies Act, the Articles of Incorporation, and the Bylaws.
Members of the Fellowship Centre are important to the continued growth and smooth operations of the Fellowship Centre.
